Black Rice with Chermoula

Black Rice & Chermoula was created for Margot - An idea that popped into my mind, inspired by colours and savours.

Ingredients
Black Rice:
1 cup of black rice
1 3/4 cup of water

Chermoula:
1 bunch of Cilantro 
1 fistful of Mint
2 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of cayenne
Lemon juice 
Garlic cloves
Salt & Pepper
1/4 or more of Olive Oil
Black Rice with Chermoula

Black Rice:

Bring to boil in a saucepan & stir
Reduce heat & simmer covered for 35 to 45 minutes
Remove from heat & let stand covered for 5 minutes
Fluff with fork and serve with the chermoula sauce

Chermoula:

Blitz everything / Taste the sauce & add more of this or that to have it the way you like it, more garlicky or spicy, whatever floats your boat.
